Constantia Flexibles, a manufacturer of flexible packaging and labels, has announced that Dan Muenzer, Labels Division VP for communications and marketing, has been appointed chairman of the Tag & Label Manufacturers Institute (TLMI) with immediate effect.

Muenzer has been involved in the label industry for over 25 years and has served on TLMI’s Board of Directors since 2010. He most recently served as TLMI’s chair-elect and vice-chair, while having also chaired its government and regulations committee, along with the recycling committee.

TLMI is the premier association for the label and packaging industry in North America. Membership is made up of label printers, suppliers and support organizations. Its roots date back to 1933 and it has grown steadily over the years with its members now representing the vast majority of the label printing industry.
